Not so Far Fetched after all

Contrary to all the hoo-hah about NZ not giving private corporations the right to sue the NZ Government in secret tribunal’s – papers, released overnight by Public Citizen, show that the nothing could be further from the truth.

It seems that “investor-state’ provisions are front and center enabling private corporatisations to enforcement their ‘rights” in a foreign tribunal system. Yep what they have claimed for the last two years just isn’t true.
